    Bangalore- Full Day City Tour

    Post breakfast in the hotel and enjoy full day guided city tour of Bangalore. It is the state capital of Karnataka. The guide will greet and brief tourists in the hotel’s lobby. Tourists will know about the history of city and its monuments. Visit historical monuments like Bangalore Fort – built in 1537 AD by Kempe Gowda, Bangalore Palace, Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace Lal Bagh, Bangalore, Karnatakafollowed by some of government building such as Vidhan Soudha and Karnataka High Court.

    Visit Lal Bagh in afternoon. It is a botanical garden spread over 240 acres and is home to 1,000 species of flora. Visit Cubbon Park, which is located in the heart of the city, spread over 300 acres. It is home to numerous trees and plants of 68 general and 96 common species. The park is also known for its ‘kids train’.

    Get back to the hotel for overnight stay.

    Bangalore – Mysore (140Kms, 4Hrs drive)

    Post breakfast in the hotel drive towards Mysore. It is the second largest city in Karnataka. The city is famous for festivities held during Dasehra festival in October. Until 1947, Mysore was the capital of the Kingdom of Mysore and was ruled by Wodeyar Dynasty. Check into a hotel upon arrival.

    After freshen up, visit Chamundeshwari temple atop Chamundi Hills as well as Mysore Palace. It is one of the largest structures in India. Built in 1912 in Indo-Saracenic style, this place exudes an unmatched grandeur. The Golden Royal Elephant Throne, Durbar Hall, Kalyana Mandap and the Gallery are major attractions of this place.

    Get back to the hotel and stay there overnight.

    Mysore – Coorg (105Kms, 4Hrs drive)

    Post breakfast in the hotel depart for Coorg. It is one of the most popular hill stations of South India rich in natural beauty. It derived its name from local version of ‘Kodavu’ and its local people ‘Kodagu’. Located in Kodagu district, it is a popular tourist destination and also known for its coffee and ethnic warriors. Check into a hotel upon arrival.

    After freshen up step out for sightseeing. Visit Talakavery – origin of river Kavery. Visit temple dedicated to Lord Brahma. This temple is one of the temples dedicated to Brahma in South East Asia. Later on visit Dubare – place where elephant capturing and training camp are held. Also visit Abbey Falls and Tibetan Buddhist Golden Temple among other key spots. Spend rest of the time in leisure activities.

    Coorg – Nagarhole National Park (75Kms, 2Hrs drive)

    Post breakfast in the hotel depart for Nagarhole National Park (75 km from Coorg). It is located in the same district of Kodagu. The park has plenty of natural resources, has rich forest cover, diverse species of flora and fauna, valleys and waterfalls. Check into a hotel or resort upon arrival. After freshen up visit the park where visitors can see wild dog, sloth bear, spotted deer, four–horned antelope, jungle bison among other animals. Tourists can also get a glimpse of big cats (tigers). The park has more than 250 species of birds, including a large congregation of waterfowl in Kibini river. Among endangered birds Scarlet Minivet, Blue Bearded bee-eater, Herons and ducks could be seen.

    Get back to the resort and stay there overnight.

    Nagarhole – Bandipur National Park (130Kms, 4Hrs drive)

    Post breakfast in the hotel depart for Bandipur National park. It was established in 1974 as tiger reserve under ‘Project Tiger’ and later on declared national park to conserve tigers as well as flora and fauna. Once it was the hunting grounds of the Maharaja of Mysore. Now, it is one of the largest and most popular national parks of India located in Karnataka. It has a total area of 878 square kilometres. Get back to the hotel upon arrival.

    After freshen up enjoy jeep safari in afternoon to explore wildlife in a different zone. During this expedition tourists can spot diverse endangered population of wild animals such as four-horned antelope, gaurs, sloth bear, muggers, barking dogs and Indian elephants. Tourists can also enjoy diverse species of flora such as rosewood, clumping bamboo, Indian kinoo tree, satinood among others. Get back to the resort and relax.

    Bandipur – Mudumalai National Park (15Kms, 1 Hr drive)

    Enjoy jeep safari in morning and try to catch a glimpse of tigers in the thick forest strolling or praying the deer. Get back to the hotel to have breakfast and later check out.

    Depart for next wildlife destination – Mudumalai. It has been declared a tiger reserve by Tamil Nadu government in 2007 to save tigers. Situated in Nilgiri Hills in Kodagu in Tamil Nadu, this sanctuary is known for tigers. There are as many as 48 tigers roaming around the park. Besides tigers, it is home to several endangered and vulnerable species of flora and fauna including Indian elephant, Bengal tigers, Indian leopard and guar. It is also habitat to more than 266 species of birds including long-billed vulture, endangered Indian white–rumped vulture among others. Get back to the hotel upon arrival. After freshen up enjoy jeep safari in the thick forest.

    Mudumalai – Ooty (70Kms, 1.5Hrs drive)

    Post breakfast in the hotel depart for next destination – Ooty. It is a popular hill station of South India. Check into a hotel upon arrival. After freshen up step out for sightseeing and visit Doddabetta Peak – the highest peak (2,623 m) in the Nilgiris, about 10 km from Ooty. It lies at the junction of the Western and Eastern Ghats and offers beautiful vistas of the Nilgiri hill ranges. It is surrounded by dense sholas. Tourists can have a panoramic view from here. Later visit Government Botanical Gardens, Rose Gardens and Ooty Lake. Spend rest of the time in leisure activities.

    Ooty – Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary

    Post breakfast drive towards Wayanad – the 12th district in Kerala carved out from Kozhikode. It is located around 80 km from Kozhikode on the Western Ghats at an altitude of 700 to 1200 metre. The most part of Wayanad is covered by forest and is home to endangered species. The upper part of Wayanad village and forest areas helps to counter the temperature during summer. Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary is known for a large variety of wild animals such as Indian bison, elephant, deer and tigers. Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary is the second largest wildlife sanctuary in Kerala after Periyar Wildlife sanctuary. Check into a hotel upon arrival.

    Take breakfast in the hotel and later step out for sightseeing of Munnar.     Post breakfast in the hotel drive towards Alleppey. Check into a houseboat upon arrival. Enjoy and relax in the houseboat. Enjoy scenic beauty as the boat passes through the emerald green paddy fields, refreshing natural bounty, exotic resorts and rustic villages.

    Alleppey – Cochin (75Kms, 1.5Hrs drive)

    Have breakfast in houseboat and depart for Cochin. Proceed for sightseeing of Cochin upon arrival. Visit Dutch Palace (remains closed on Friday), Jewish Synagogue (remains closed on Friday, Saturday and Jewish holiday), Jews Street, St Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Net and the Indo-Portuguese Museum.

    Depart for Cochin Airport in evening to board the flight for respective destination.
