Mystic India Tourism is a reputed travel company of India and always loyal with the guests with respect to services during the tour, guests privacy and safety. We at Mystic India Tourism respect your privacy and doesn’t share / disclose your personnel information such as name, nationality, address, and telephone number while dealing with us. We never share any guest’s identity or information of their trip arrangements with any third party while on the trip with us.

During tour inquiry / booking arrangement / transactions, we collect the following personal sensitive information from your end with intent to make the excellent tour arrangement or booking process only but kept secure always. The following information can be shared with us :-

• Name and Gender
• No of Person
• Phone Number
• Nationality
• Address
• Credit Card details (Collected by third party payment gateway platform, during online payment)
• Date of birth in case of a child

Mystic India Tourism doesn’t sell any guests personnel information or email id/ contact number to any third party for the trade purpose.

The above information collected from the customers/travellers is shared only with the leading suppliers to make the arrangement for the guests. The Following use can be as under:-

• Guest Name, Nationality, Address, Contact details, Passport Number and Age can be shared with the leading suppliers such as airlines, Train Ticket booking, hotels, Permit etc., for making the reservation as required by the guests / customers.
• In case of online payment or transactions some information like Credit Card Details and Net Banking Details are requested by merchant of the payment gateways and banks and not by Mystic India Tourism. In case you share the card details with us your card details are never stored or retained by us, remain internal and is never shared with any third party.
• Post tour your some information like e-mail address may be used for promotional purposes. If someone doesn’t want to receive the promotional message in that case he/she “opts-out” of such use.

Hence, Mystic India Tourism once again assure you that will never intentionally use your personnel information for any trade purpose and keep you secure all the time while travelling with us. We are determined to provide safety, security and keep you happy all the time.
