Delhi
Welcome aboard the Deccan Odyssey. Board the train at Delhi railway station to complete the formalities. Settle in the luxurious train while it spins the wheels towards the next destination, Agra.

Agra
Deccan Odyssey will reach Agra, “The City of Love,” this morning. Enjoy your breakfast onboard. Move towards the Taj Mahal, the iconic symbol of love, and spend time learning more about its history and exquisite architecture. After the beautiful pictures have been clicked, head towards other architectural gems of the Mughal Empire, the Agra Fort. It impresses everyone with its red sandstone architecture. The tour will be followed by lunch. The train will then descend towards Jaipur, The Pink City.

Jaipur
Ghani Khamma “Welcome to Rajasthan”! The train departs in Jaipur, the historical city in pink hues. Walk towards the forts and palaces like Hawa Mahal and City Palace. Take your time exploring the colorful bazaars of this beautiful city and shop for souvenirs as you like. Deccan Odyssey leaves for the next destination, Sawai Madhopur.

Sawai Madhopur
This morning, munch your breakfast onboard and arrive at Sawai Madhopur, popular for its wildlife attraction, Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Once the private hunting grounds of Jaipur’s Maharajas (kings), Ranthambore has an abundant tiger population to spot. Proceed for an exclusive village safari tour to witness the charming locales of Sawai Madhopur. This will be a great insight into the local lives of the Jaipur people. Enjoy an adventurous jungle safari in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.

Udaipur
After you arrive in the princely Udaipur, “The City of Lakes,” deboard and start exploring the architectural marvels. Visit the renowned City Palace, housing the stunning Crystal Gallery. Jaisalmer
Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast on the train before you arrive in Jaisalmer, the “Golden City”. Located at the heart of Thar Desert, spot the beautiful yellow sandstone buildings which have earned Jaisalmer the name Golden City. The city was founded by Maharaja Rawal Jaisal in 1156 AD. Start the sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer city. Visit Jaisalmer Fort and other famous attractions.

Jodhpur
Look at the enchanting surroundings as Deccan Odyssey rolls into Jodhpur city. Also called “Blue City” as the houses are painted in blue, Jodhpur has forts, havelis, palaces, and markets to keep visitors engaged. Next, explore the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort. It has a museum that contains priceless relics of Indian courtly life. End the sightseeing with a visit to Jaswant Thada, a cenotaph.
