    Arrive Delhi

    After scheduled arrival Delhi International Airport, our representative will escort tourists to the designated hotel. After freshen up you step out for half day city tour and visit India Gate (war memorial), President’s House (Parliament House), Secretariat building (near ITO), Lotus Temple (it remains closed on Monday) and Qutub Minar.

    Spend rest of the time free in shopping and leisure activities.

    Post breakfast in a hotel depart for Jaipur. Check into a hotel upon arrival. Spend rest of the time in leisure activities or visit the local markets with a chauffer.

    In Jaipur (Excursion to Amber Fort + Half day City tour)

    Tourists will visit forts and palaces of unique and peculiar designs. Jaipur is the state capital of Rajasthan which is also known as Pink City since walls of various houses and government buildings in the city are painted in pink colour. The city was founded in 1727 AD by then ruler of Amer, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. Before this, the capital was Dausa (51 km from Jaipur) from where the king had ruled the empire. After shifting the capital from Dausa to Jaipur, all the major development had taken off and soon it became an impressive city with well-planned layout of roads, gardens, royal palaces and forts as well as residential buildings. After sumptuous breakfast in the hotel, the tour guide will brief tourists about the whole day activities in the hotel’s lobby. Board a car to reach Amber fort. Visit ‘Palace of Winds’, otherwise known as Hawa Mahal, en route. The royal ladies used to watch the daily happenings taken in the street below from this facade.

    Visit Jal Mahal (Water Palace) located in the middle of a water body followed by visit to City Palace, a famous landmark which is spread over a huge area and it occupies one-seventh of the city. Visit Jantar Mantar or Astronomical Observatory made by Maharaja of Jaipur. It has also been included in the UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites’ list. Indulge into shopping spree post sightseeing. Visit local markets to buy souvenirs, traditional Rajasthani attires, shawl and handicrafts for near and dear ones.

    Jaipur - Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary (190Kms, 4Hrs drive)

    Post breakfast in a hotel drive towards Bharatpur. It is a popular bird sanctuary of India. Check into a hotel upon arrival. After freshen up head towards the bird sanctuary and ride a rickshaw to explore most part of the sanctuary. It is a famous Painted Storks at Keoladeo National Park, Bharatpur, Rajasthan, Indiaavifauna sanctuary that hosts thousands of birds of different species nesting here during the winter season. Over 230 species of birds are said to have made this sanctuary as their permanent home. It is a man-made and man-managed wetland which protects the sanctuary from frequent floods. The sanctuary is home to 366 bird species, 379 floral species, 50 species of fish, 13 species of snakes, 5 species of lizards, 7 amphibian species, 7 turtle species and a variety of other invertebrates. Every year thousands of migratory waterfowl visit the park during winter. This sanctuary is one of the richest bird areas in the world. It is known as nesting area for local birds and visiting migratory birds (including water birds). The rare Siberian cranes used to nest here during winter in this park, but these days the population of Siberian cranes is dwindling. According to Sir Peter Scott Keoladeo this sanctuary is the world’s best bird area.

    Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary - Agra (245Kms, 5Hrs drive)

    Revisit the park in morning and ride a rickshaw from the entrance gate to go deep in the forest to catch a glimpse of many magnificent species of birds. Get back to the hotel for breakfast.

    Post breakfast drive towards Agra. On your way visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site – Fatehpur Sikri. This deserted red sandstone city was founded by Great Mughal emperor Akbar as his capital and palace during late 16th century. Various architecturally designed buildings are a visual treat to many tourists. The most popular buildings include Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, Diwan-i-Aam and Panch Mahal. After spending around an hour continue driving towards Agra. Following 45 minutes’ drive check into a hotel upon arrival in Agra.

    After freshen up step out to explore the city. Agra is one of the prominent tourist destinations in Northern India located on banks of river Yamuna. It had served as capital of Delhi Sultanate when Sultan Sikandar Lodi had shifted his capital from Delhi to Agra in 1506 AD and later his son Ibrahim Lodi succeeded him. After the defeat of Ibrahim Lodi by the first Mughal emperor Babur in the first battle of Panipat in 1526 AD, the capital had been shifted by Mughals. It was the golden era of the city since it had witnessed several drastic changes and development. Many splendid Mughal era buildings had been constructed during this period. The most important one is Taj Mahal which attracts huge crowd from across the world. Following four hours’ road journey, check into a hotel upon arrival. After freshen up proceed for half day city tour including Taj Mahal, which was built by Mughal emperor Shahjahan in 1630 AD to enshrine the mortal remains of his queen Mumtaz followed by visit to Agra Fort.

    Agra – Delhi (175Kms, 4Hrs drive)

    Post breakfast in a hotel spend time in leisure activities till scheduled departure to Delhi. Check into a hotel upon arrival in Delhi.

    Delhi - Haridwar (200Kms, 5Hrs drive)

    Immerse into evening Ganga Aarti at Har-ki-Pauri in Haridwar. Take breakfast in the hotel and later drive towards Haridwar. It is an ancient city where river Ganga enters Indo-Gangetic Plains in North India after flowing for 253 km from its source at View of Evening aarti at Har-ki-pauri, HaridwarGaumukh. It is also regarded as one of the holiest Hindu places where Kumbh Mela is celebrated every three years.

    During Kumbh Mela, millions of pilgrims, devotees and tourists congregate in Haridwar to perform rituals to wash away their sins to attain moksha. Brahma Kund, the spot where ‘amrit’ fell, is located at Har-ki-Pauri (literally means, ‘footsteps of the Lord’) and is considered to be the most sacred ghat of Haridwar. Check into a hotel upon arrival in Haridwar.

    After freshen up visit Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Temple and Har-ki-Pauri ghat in the evening followed by Ganga Aarti.

    Get back to the hotel and stay there overnight.

    Haridwar-Rishikesh (25Kms, 1hour one way)-Rajaji National Park (20Kms)

    Take breakfast in the hotel and later proceed towards Rishikesh (25Kms). It is also known as the Gateway of Garhwal Himalayas. Elephants at Rajaji National Park, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, IndiaVisit Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Geeta Ashram and Triveni Ghat.

    Drive towards Rajai National Park in afternoon – just 20 km away from Rishikesh.

    Check into a resort/camp upon arrival and stay there overnight.

    Rajaji National Park (Morning & Afternoon safari)

    Take jeep safari to explore the wild animals in their natural habitat during morning. Get back to the hotel for breakfast. Revisit the park in the afternoon. Overnight stay at the hotel/camp.

    Rajaji National Park – Delhi Airport Departure (290Kms, 5Hrs drive)

    Take breakfast in the hotel and spend time in leisure activities till scheduled departure to New Delhi International Airport to board a flight for respective destination.
